Kitchell is proud to recognize two standout leaders shaping the company’s future. Justin Carr and Aron Kirch have both been promoted to Vice President roles—milestones that reflect their proven leadership, collaboration, and unwavering commitment to Kitchell’s people and projects.

Leading from the Field: Justin Carr

As Vice President of Field Operations, Justin Carr brings more than 25 years of industry experience and a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver excellence on every job site.

A graduate of Arizona State University, Justin joined Kitchell in 2008 as a Project Engineer and has since built an impressive career leading some of the company’s most complex healthcare projects, including Valleywise Health Medical Center and Chandler Regional Medical Center Tower C.

In his most recent role as Executive Director of Field Operations, Justin has guided field teams across Arizona and Texas, mentoring the next generation of superintendents and reinforcing a culture grounded in collaboration and quality craftsmanship.

“Justin’s promotion recognizes the critical role of field leadership in everything we do,” said Wendy Cohen, Kitchell President & CEO. “He brings a deep understanding of our work from the ground up and exemplifies the dedication and teamwork that define Kitchell.”

Strengthening Regional Impact: Aron Kirch

As Vice President leading Kitchell Contractors’ Arizona regional operations, Aron Kirch continues to drive success across the company’s largest and most active market.

A native Arizonan and graduate of Northern Arizona University’s Construction Management program, Aron has spent 18 years with Kitchell delivering nearly $2 billion in projects for clients including Phoenix Children’s, HonorHealth, Mayo Clinic, and UC San Diego.

Recognized as an ENR Southwest 20 Under 40 honoree, Aron is known for his collaborative leadership, his ability to unite teams, and his commitment to building strong relationships that fuel growth and innovation.

“Aron’s promotion reflects his strength in fostering collaboration and his dedication to building long-term client and design relationships,” Cohen said. “His leadership continues to drive growth and excellence across our Arizona operations.”

Investing in Leadership, Building the Future

Both promotions underscore Kitchell’s focus on empowering leaders who elevate people, projects, and performance. With Justin and Aron stepping into these expanded roles, the company continues to strengthen its foundation for the next 75 years—and beyond.
