The University of New Mexico Sandoval Regional Medical Center opens its doors

The University of New Mexico Sandoval Regional Medical Center opened its doors to the community, during a weekend -long event celebrating completion of the new 72-bed Rio Rancho hospital. Kitchell was the construction manager at risk for this project.

ABQ Journal Editorial: New UNM Regional Hospital Asset to Area

The Albuquerque Journal recently sang the praises of the new UNM Sandoval Regional Medical Center, a new, technologically advanced community teaching hospital built by Kitchell. The 72-bed, 200,000-square-foot facility will serve the residents of Sandoval County area, and the Professional Arts Building at SRMC will provide primary care, specialty care, physician clinic space, out-patient physical therapy, medical education areas and the hospital cafeteria and dining room.
