Berkeley North Branch Library achieves recognition from AIA San Francisco

The Berkeley North Branch Library project, for which Kitchell served as project manager, was recently recognized by the American Institute of Architects – San Francisco chapter with a Merit Award for Historic Preservation. The publicly funded project preserved, expanded, and updated the City of Berkeley’s beloved 1936 North Branch Library on The Alameda. Kitchell-built Banner Health Center to open in Queen Creek

Banner Health will open its first medical facility in the Town of Cave Creek on May 1, with the Banner Health Center offering primary care, basic imaging, and lab services for adults and children. Kitchell served as general contractor.
