Introducing Terry Devlin, our new Program Director at Kitchell! With nearly two decades of experience in the construction industry, Terry brings a dynamic approach fueled by a passion for delivering exceptional projects and exceeding client expectations.
Terry’s journey into construction began at a young age, working alongside his father on various projects. After serving in the military, he found his calling in construction management, specializing initially in multi-family buildings before expanding into public school improvements and historical restorations. His diverse background blends hands-on experience with strategic leadership, offering a unique perspective to his role.
As a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Terry integrates industry best practices and standards into his management approach, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality and safety protocols. He remains abreast of emerging trends and technologies, continually evolving his strategies to optimize project outcomes.
Terry’s commitment to collaboration and team building sets him apart. He fosters a culture of safety and quality within his project teams, prioritizing open communication and proactive problem-solving. Beyond the job site, Terry actively engages in community projects and charities, reflecting his values of giving back and making a positive impact.
In his role, Terry will manage existing accounts and teams while actively pursuing opportunities to expand our market presence. While his background primarily lies in education projects, particularly in LA, he is prepared to support other markets as opportunities arise. Collaborating closely with our Southern California Leadership team, including Geoff Bachanas, Jeremy Judd, Gustavo Ripalda and others, Terry will play a pivotal role in our continued success.
