Kitchell to build cancer center at Phoenix Children’s Hospital

Kitchell has been tapped to build out the future Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders at Phoenix Children’s Hospital (on the second floor of the hospital), for which a $15 million campaign was recently launched.

$30 million health campus breaks ground in Glendale

Kitchell broke ground on a $30 million health campus in Glendale on March 10, which starts with a 16,000-square-foot medical office condo project,  expected to be completed this fall. The 200,000-square-foot campus will offer a full continuum of care through partnerships with health care providers, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, physician groups, education and research institutions. In addition to the medical office condos, the master-planned community is expected to encompass community medicine, surgery centers, long-term care operators and skilled nursing.
