$30 million health campus breaks ground in Glendale

Kitchell broke ground on a $30 million health campus in Glendale on March 10, which starts with a 16,000-square-foot medical office condo project,  expected to be completed this fall. The 200,000-square-foot campus will offer a full continuum of care through partnerships with health care providers, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, physician groups, education and research institutions. In addition to the medical office condos, the master-planned community is expected to encompass community medicine, surgery centers, long-term care operators and skilled nursing.

ASU announces latest Spirit of Enterprises Award winners

Local technology, landscaping, and construction companies, along with a local pharmacy, were the winners announced today at the 18th annual Spirit of Enterprises Awards from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business. Kitchell received the Hahnco Companies Special Achievement in Entrepreneurship Award.
