$30 million health campus breaks ground in Glendale

Kitchell broke ground on a $30 million health campus in Glendale on March 10, which starts with a 16,000-square-foot medical office condo project,  expected to be completed this fall. The 200,000-square-foot campus will offer a full continuum of care through partnerships with health care providers, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, physician groups, education and research institutions. In addition to the medical office condos, the master-planned community is expected to encompass community medicine, surgery centers, long-term care operators and skilled nursing.
