Mark-Taylor Inc. in Scottsdale (Jeff Mark, Scott Taylor, principals) plans to build just under 1,000 new apartment units in three projects located in Chandler, Tempe and Scottsdale. Two of the communities planned in Chandler and Tempe, which account for 607 units, will be developed in ventures with Kitchell Development Co. in Phoenix (Jeff Allen, pres.).
